La caceria | The hunting

Uno de los motivos principales para abrir este blog fue La Caceria. Siento que estoy rodeada de imagenes tan fuertes visualmente y nadie parece notarlas, y quiero mostrar a través de este blog, todas esas influencias que siempre estuvieron ahi. La Caceria busca la creatividad y la diferenciación, lo nuevo y lo raro (un término que usamos muy mal, pero eso lo veremos mas adelante). Intentaremos encontrar a esos lugares, carteles, expresiones gráficas y personas que nos llaman la atención, demostrando que en Rosario, en Argentina, en América Latina también tenemos muchas riquezas visuales que no sabemos valorar. Tengo en claro que, conociéndome, las primeras cacerías se trataran básicamente sobre moda de la calle, pero el objetivo es mostrar un abanico de elementos.

Recorreré las calles con cámara en mano, dispuesta a sorprenderme y con el ojo afilado para no perderme un detalle. Los resultados son inciertos, pero tengo fé de que algo interesante va a resultar de todo esto.

One of the main reasons to open this blog was The Hunting. I feel that I'm surrounded by visually strong images and nobody seems to notice them, so I want to show through this blog all those stimulus that were always there. The Hunting looks for creativity and differentiation, new things and rare things (a term that we use in an inappropriate way, but we'll talk about that in the future). We'll try to find those places, signs, interventions and people that stand out showing that in Rosario, in Argentina, In Latin America we also have a lot of visual affluence that we don't know how to appreciate. I'm pretty clear that knowing the way I am, the first experiences will be about street fashion but the goal is to show a big variety of things.

I will walk down the streets of the city with my camara next to me, willing to surprise myself and with a sharp eye to don't miss a thing. The results are unknown but I have faith that something interesting is gonna result from all this.
